Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat in. Bathrooms come with towels, soap, and wash clothes. Back yard has a covered porch with BBQ grill, and table. Private yard, but section of the fence has been purposely left down to provide a bigger yard space between the two houses, the second house is available to rent for larger groups.
